The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to manager/s and department. Duties include, but not limited to, producing and distributing correspondence, preparing statistical reports, filing, reception activities, opening/distributing mail, photocopying, faxing. May require making travel arrangements and using dictation equipment/skills. Responds to general telephone/email inquiries providing clear and concise verbal/written communication. Assist with special projects as needed and assigned. Must possess strong typing skills (55 wpm), be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ease. Well organized and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Able to maintain complete confidentiality. Prior hospitality experience and bi/multi-lingual skills preferred.
