We invite you to join our dynamic team as an Administrative Supervisor working in our Vienna, VA/DC Training Center. In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
• Oversee daily office activities, weekly reporting and be instrumental with achieving maximum productivity
• Manage Administrator: hiring, mentoring, coaching, training and staff performance
• Plan and organize special events, marketing promotions and product launches
• Oversee and schedule student registration to ensure maximum classroom participation
• Handle and analyze inventory and point of sales and reconcile discrepancies
Our ideal candidate will have an AA degree and/or at least two years supervisory experience with six months retail sales experience, and a minimum of three years experience in administration required, preferably with a service organization. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and a strong attention to detail.
